Interviewer Dossiers
The night before my interview the firm finally let EAS know which attorneys at the firm I would be meeting, but I was out of the office at a drafting session all day and couldn't spend time researching the background of my interviewers. EAS prepared a great biography on each interviewer and sent me a PDF via email. I told them thanks but I couldn't look at it until I left tonight, probably after mid-night. They said to email them on "their blackberry" when I got out if I was up to it. I emailed them at 1:00 am and they called me back at 1:07 am. We walked through the biographies and they familiarized me with the personalities I would be meeting.
