When the worlds of talent management and the practice of law collided, the result was an entirely new process by which attorneys change firms.
Working late into the night, two innovators knew they were onto something big...
One was a former talent agent. The other, a practicing attorney. At wits end with the lack of service and attention the attorney placement industry was affording attorneys, they decided to establish a Harvard amongst vocational schools in the attorney placement arena.
Pouring over story after story of dime store services received by friends and colleagues in the legal field, they just knew there had to be a better way. This sparked the first of many reforms to a wish list of sorts, a wish list of the laterally moving attorney. The end result is a whole new model by which attorneys launch their next move.
