Simply by pursuing his passion David has catered to the needs of some of the most discerning clients in the industry and prior to founding EAS had artfully managed the career progression of Fortune 50 executives and entertainment industry talent.
David oversees the design, creation and implementation of all attorney placement, career coaching and hiring consulting operations, including the development of accredited internal training programs in each field of focus.
Kevin Weber, Esq. is a Co-Founder & Global Associate Practice Group Director of EAS and brings with him battle forged knowledge of the legal marketplace. This includes lifestyle, networking, professional advancement, time management and attorney placement firm challenges. Spending considerable amounts of time working with two firms of Big Law stature has left Kevin with an intricate knowledge of the trials and tribulations that arise in the everyday life of an attorney. Kevin’s passion for technology and systems theory continues to drive him in his search for the most efficient and effective methods of systems deployment and management and how best to advance ecological remedies to achieve better solutions.
Kevin continues to focus on building and maintaining the technology and infrastructure needed to maintain rapid growth and on ensuring that quality remains high through strategic planning, management and continuous innovation and technological development in all business operations.

Dawn Piano is the Regional Partner & Associate Practice Group Director for EAS. Dawn oversees all Partner & Associate Practice Group concerns on a regional basis and works closely with the Global Partner & Associate Practice Group Directors to institute and manage best practices across all EAS offices.
Recruiting & Research Services Director
Caitlin Gibson is the Recruiting & Research Services Director for EAS and is responsible for developing and maintaining law firm and company relations and managing efforts by our Research Services team.
Global Operations Director
Brad Smythe is the Global Operations Director for EAS and is responsible for managing the Professional Placement Services offered by EAS as well as supporting all multimedia marketing and operational logistics for EAS Placement Professionals in each region.
Information Technology Director
Jim Coker is the Information Technology Director for EAS and manages the team responsible for all infrastructure development and technology. The architecture, interface and design of each of our website and client portal were developed under Jim and are constantly being enhanced to meet the needs of our Client Members.
